A Baby Blessing...

February 7, 2010 Little Jett Michael receives his baby blessing. Mike gave the blessing and was joined by Eric, Jared DeWoody, Uncle Brad, and Dad (Papa). It was a wonderful day for the family. Everyone was able to make it except for Noah and his family. We gathered at the ranch for a BBQ and then spent the day lounging around and enjoying each other's company. We took a walk, watched the kids play, and filled up on Brookie's awesome homemade cake. It's been a long time since we've all been together at the ranch. Babies have a way of bringing families together. Thank you everyone for all of your help and support. Being a Thompson is such a blast!

He's Got the World in His Hands...

I wanted to experiment with one of those cute "baby in daddy's hand" pictures before Jett got too much bigger. I took a few, but this one is my favorite. His face is just so precious!

Sweet Baby Jett

I realized that I was letting too much time pass without taking many pictures of Jett. He's growing every day and already his face has changed. These are just a few that I've taken over the last week. He is a sweet little baby. He is beginning to look around more and focus on our faces. I look forward to the next few weeks when I will begin to see his smile!

Mom's Free!

Well, not really, but to help me get out of the house Mike took the kids and I on a little road trip. We drove up to Yosemite and let the kids get out and play a bit. Baby Jett and I stayed inside the warm car while Mike and the kids did some brief exploring. We had a tailgate lunch of homemade burritos and hot chocolate. It was great to spend some time with my wonderful little family.
